How it works
A private policy check-up, in plain sight.
You give us your school, we read only the pages your website already publishes, and you get a private, evidence-linked report - usually in a couple of minutes.
What gets checked
Statutory presence
16 must-publish items (admissions, SEN report, safeguarding, pupil premium, attendance...) plus the DfE "should publish" set and trust-level duties.
Written properly
Content checks, not just presence: does safeguarding cite KCSIE 2025? Is the pupil premium statement for 2025/26 with real amounts? Are equality objectives inside their 4-year window?
Evidence, never a verdict
Every finding links to the exact page or PDF we found - or tells you plainly what we couldn't find, with the GOV.UK source for the rule. An audit aid to help you get ahead, not a judgement.
How a scan runs
- Find your school - type the name or paste your website address.
- We read your published pages - only what's already public, including documents behind policy widgets.
- You get a private report - what's there, what's missing, what's out of date, each with a link to the source.
